There is probably no person in the world who hasn't heard about this movie. A Death in the Gunj has collected big amount good reviews among critics and society. It's a specific movie, not everyone likes it, but it's impressive. It's a very innovative movie. I still remember the first time I watched A Death in the Gunj online. It was simply an amazing experience that I remember to this day. That movie sticks out in my mind with how good it was. Maybe because I just didn't expect it. Death in Gunj is the coming age story that Shutu, our hero and his conflicting notions of masculinity focused around. He takes to navigate blurred lines, what in the world is acceptable in society and questions its own place. Daily numbness in the adults around him adds to his intense feelings of isolation, despite being surrounded by his family. Emotional abuse that we, as a society that is on the other unconscious, which is the total leads to a kind of destruction question irrevocable.
