It is a movie that truly knows what it is and wastes not even a second in conveying what that is. Texas Red filled me with hard to explain energy, made me so embedded in it. From all the movies I watched last time, Texas Red surprised me the most. That movie sticks out in my mind with how good it was. Maybe because I just didn't expect it.
