Jonathan Helpert satisfied me with his previous movies, but IO is much better. I remember that I was very impressed when I saw it for the first time... Before you read this review and before I spoil you the story, watch the movie, I highly recommend it. IO filled me with hard to explain energy, made me so embedded in it. Sam (Margaret Qualley), one of the last survivors on a post-cataclysmic Earth, is a young scientist dedicated to finding a way for humans to adapt and survive, rather than abandon their world.
